So, what is your opinion about it?
In my opinion, i disagree about that statement. Because, I think it's not effective to be a clever student and if we learn discipline from the school, it's not effective too, because the student only learn discipline at school. We should have to get the discipline from our parents. For example : The student discipline because they have rules to be followed. Not because they have willingness to be disciplined student. There are many student break the rules. According to me, willingness and self responsibility is coming from us is more effective than rules from school. Success is only coming from our self, not from rules made school.
